Payment Policy
Invoice Payment Terms: Invoices payment terms are 7 days from the date of issue, or next working business day, unless otherwise stipulated.
Deposit and Final Payment: You will be required to pay a deposit or deposits when booking larger jobs. Your consultant will advise you of how much that will be. All deposits are non-refundable for changes of mind or cancellations by you (subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law).
Payments by Credit Card and Debit Card: Credit card surcharges of 1.1% for Visa, 0.8% for MasterCard, 2.65% for American Express, and 3% for Diner’s Club will apply when paying by any other credit card.
